Should you need to cancel or edit or cancel your lunch order, it is our policy that we must be notified 36 hours before lunch delivery. That said, we understand life with kids is unpredictable – they're jumping off the couch one minute and sick with a 102° fever the next. We have crafted a refund policy below that we hope balances the reality of life with children with business needs.
LUNCHES PAID BY CREDIT CARD
Any changes made after the 36 hour cutoff will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Although we are unable to offer a refund to your credit card after this time, we may be able to offer a credit to your Tummy Account based on the circumstances. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your particular situation.
TUMMY ACCOUNTS PAID BY CREDIT CARD
The funds loaded to your Tummy Account are a pre-paid account and are transferable from school year to school year. However, we apologize but the funds loaded into a Tummy Account are not eligible for a cash or credit card refund. You may use these funds towards lunches, catering events, or other items available for purchase on our site.
