CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand life with kids is unpredictable – they're jumping off the couch one minute and sick with a 102° fever the next. We have crafted a Cancellation and Refund policy that we believe balances the reality of life with children with business needs.
8:00 am the day the lunch is served, you can cancel your lunch order. Simply go to the MANAGE ACCOUNT section of our website and click on VIEW/EDIT CURRENT ORDERS. Next to each lunch order, you will see a Recycling Icon - click this icon to cancel a lunch. You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.
8:00 am the day the lunch is served, no cancellations can be made. After the 8:00am cutoff, ingredients have been purchased, meals have been prepared, and our kitchens are busy getting ready for lunch.
Regardless of payment method, cancelled lunches are refunded in full as credits to your Prepaid Lunch Account and may be used towards future purchases. Funds on this account are transferable from school year to school year as long as the following two conditions are met: (1) your school actively participates in the WT Cafe school lunch program, and (2) there is ordering activity in your account within the previous school year.
Please note that funds used to load up prepaid lunch accounts are NOT eligible for a cash or credit card refund. You may use these funds towards lunches, catering, or other items available for purchase on our site. Feel free to contact us
if you wish to "gift" your balance to a friend, family member, or teacher.
